Principle

Friction-Texturing
With Friction-Texturing we mean power-resolved crimping.
The thread is driving through the friction-discs device which build up a twist that will be fixed in the heater.
During the let-off with reduced tension the crimp come into being.
This modern texturing technology allows processing in an efficient and various way.

PIN-Texturizing

The crimp during PIN texturing is caused by a shape-resolved process.
The thread is driving around a rotating magnetic-spindle (PIN) which creates a twist that will be fixed in the heater.
During the let-off with reduced tension the crimp come into being.
This traditional texturing process allows the working with very sensitive yarns.

HE Yarn
The HE Yarn means One-Heater-Yarn where you get the best elasticity and highest volume.
The first heater fixed the twist come into being during texturing.
The constant crimp and the famous and restoring elasticity are typical for such yarns.

SET Yarn
Two-Heater-Yarn are representative for low- or medium elastic yarns with highest volume.
The crimp come into being during texturing will be fixed with a second heater.
A soft touch and a smooth comfort in wear are characteristically for such yarns.
